Be Active tips

  • Choose physical activities that you enjoy.
  • Plan physical activity into your day.
  • Be active every day.
  • Get into the habit of adding physical activity into your day even if it's only for a short time (10-15 minutes). Every minute makes a difference.
  • Start with 10 minutes of physical activity and slowly build to 60 minutes of activity every day.
